- Preparing bid documents and specifications alongside technical teams, evaluating proposals, and negotiating terms optimize value and minimize risks from contractors and suppliers.
- Conducting comprehensive feasibility studies assesses project viability across technical, financial, and regulatory aspects, identifying and mitigating potential risks early.
- Performing due diligence reviews on partners, contractors, and suppliers ensures reliability and capability, minimizing project risks.
- Leading conceptual design, Pre-FEED, and engineering strategies define project scope and objectives, incorporating preliminary cost estimation and scheduling to outline feasibility and resource needs.
- Refining engineering designs and specifications based on pre-FEED studies and stakeholder feedback, preparing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules for execution.
- Identifying and assessing project risks throughout contract negotiations, bid evaluations, feasibility studies, and pre-FEED/FEED stages develops effective mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Developing comprehensive project plans integrates findings from feasibility studies, due diligence, and engineering design, establishing milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations aligned with contractual obligations and stakeholder expectations.
- Fostering effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, conducting stakeholder analysis, engagement activities, and addressing concerns proactively.
- Agreeing on project objectives, including timely delivery, cost management, quality assurance, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Directly overseeing and managing project delivery through effective leadership, technical expertise, and engineering management from initiation to completion.
- Regularly produce comprehensive reports on project progress and development, including weekly and monthly updates to track milestones and ensure project alignment with goals.
- Track and manage schedule status, project controls, material and plant requirements, and change management processes to optimize project efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Identify potential risks and gaps, providing strategic recommendations for risk mitigation to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
- Align project delivery with organizational execution procedures and industry standards to maintain consistency and meet project objectives.
